Emma now known as Samantha is adopted!  Her new owners wrote: "We absolutely love her! She loves running around the back yard and hasn’t had an accident in the house since we got her. She doesn’t like the crate but has selected three spots in the house where she likes to sleep. She has checked out everything, but doesn’t chew on anything except her toys. There is a rag mouse that she carries around with her and likes to have it within eyesight while she naps. I forgot how much joy a dog can add to the household. I am so happy you helped us make the decision to adopt her! My husband and I are in puppy love with Samantha. She is really good about not jumping up on the furniture, but she does have her moments. I left the room for one minute and when I returned, she was snoozing away on the sofa... all she needed was the remote control. She is smart, fun and totally house trained. Loves her toys, but leaves everything else in the house alone. She understands sit, stay, no and where’s your ball? We have a large backyard and she likes to run laps. She loves everyone and once she feels she has been sufficiently petted, she will curl up in her dog bed or by a window. She likes to position herself half way between my husband and me so she can keep her eye on both of us at the same time. There is an old saying. “Sometimes a dog enters your life and everything changes.” That’s our Samantha."
