Arizona Golden Rescue

Casey is a sweet 7-year-old dark redhead. She is very pretty and friendly, loves life, happy-to-be-me Golden.  Casey is good with dogs and children, loves water, swimming and just enjoys life. Her family had to down size dogs and so she was surrendered to AGR.  She was found to have an umbilical hernia bump that healed and an overgrown oil gland in her eye.  The SO said she was a "runner" and had been hit by a car, so she does have an altered gait.  AGR transporters took her to a potential adoptive couple, who decided upon delivery they preferred a male dog instead.  So one of the transporters took her home to foster, but quickly became "foster failures" when her husband especially fell in love with Casey and likewise she with him.  She is an athletic girl and loves to run in the woods in Flagstaff and "hunt lizards" on the fence.  Casey is very easy going, loves new people and other dogs, and has been to many AGR events, but is now retired.
