25-010 Penny  is a 10-month-old Goldendoodle. Her surrendering owner was distraught to let her go, but knew that she was unable to provide the exercise and training  Penny  needed to be a happy and adjusted dog. Her new family plus their children, ages 3-13, absolutely adore her. In addition to  Penny , there is a cat. They all are living in harmony with each other.  Penny  goes on long walks and hikes every day, which helps with her puppy energy.  Penny  had been trained in a clever way to let her family know she needed to go outside – she uses bells! Her surrendering owner taught her that system, and the adopters are continuing with this technique.  Penny  is comfortable and happy in her new home, even finding delight when having a bath in the walk-in shower! Here is what the adopters have to say about  Penny

It took no time at all for  Penny  to fill both our hearts and home. Quite liter ally, she makes it her mission to redecorate her new house with all her toys. She has two new playmates who love to chase her around the house and play a game they enthusiastically call “run away from  Penny "! She has become accustomed to long walks  and hikes in the morning and loves to accompany her playmates to school. She has made it her mission to befriend the resident cat and has not yet taken it personally that the cat wants nothing to do with her.  Penny  follows the adoptive mom around all day and offers end less kisses and love. We are so grateful to have her as the newest member of our family.

Penny  has learned a new game with the children. It’s a Tug-of-War game called “Who is Stronger?” Don’t let it surprise you who wins every time – the dog!” Maybe one day,  Penny  will let the kids win! Thanks to all the members of this family,  Penny  has all the love and attention, she needs to continue to be forever happy!
