Charlie Brown is a 2-year-old red Golden who came to us because he and his brother couldn’t decide who was going to be in charge. Unfortunately, Charlie’s brother was larger than he is, so poor Charlie was losing the argument. His original family loved him very much and, out of concern for his well-being, asked Arizona Golden Rescue to find Charlie a home where he could safely enjoy himself. Our placement team suggested an adoptive family. They, their three children, and their Shih Tzu mix were quite pleased to make his acquaintance. Charlie even made fast friends with the family’s cat and curled up with it. Charlie spent the evening sleeping with his new parents and woke up the next morning ready to start his new life with his new family. We wish them all the best.
