Arizona Golden Rescue

Rebel is a 2-year-old cutie pie Golden mix who landed into Rescue as a stray. A kind person found him wandering, posted signs all over the neighborhood, and took him for many walks in the area to no avail. Quite the Houdini, Rebel escaped through a fence at his foster home and subsequently chewed up a leash in the back of Debbie’s car on the way to his new home. Obviously the boy needs some training! He has now found his furever home with an adoptive couple, who have renamed him Andy. The adopter wrote:

Our family is really enjoying our new member, Andy. He arrived in our home right before Thanksgiving, which allowed our adult visiting kids to get to know him. He has charmed his way into all our hearts. Part Golden, part Shepherd (Australian we think) and very much still a puppy. The Shepherd instinct really comes out on neighborhood walks, and the wild rabbits no longer “visit” our backyard. We feel very grateful to have adopted such a great dog, and look forward to many years of fun and companionship with him as part of our family. Our thanks to AGR!
