Tristan is a cute, approximately two-year-old Golden who was found running the streets. He was taken in by someone who then listed him on craigslist, as he could not keep Tristan because he was moving. Tristan did have some basic commands down cold, and we were told he was good with cats. Tristan had these people well trained, because they told us he would not eat kibble so they made him chicken and rice. Way to go, Tristan! Since we knew nothing about any medical history, he went through the entire vetting Full Meal Deal. After correcting some medical issues, we asked an adopter if she was interested and she was so excited. So, Tristan (now named Cooper) has bounced off to entertain the adopter and her black lab, Jake. She is committed to helping him recover from his previous, perhaps interesting, life. After just a few days, she wrote us:

Cooper is doing great! It’s as if he has been with me forever! He and my other dog are already best friends and they love to snuggle and play together. I fell in love with Cooper the moment I saw him and I couldn’t be happier to have him! Thank you for all you did to help me get the most wonderful dog!
