President - Deb Orwig

Responsibilities: The official representative of the organization, liaison to external media, foundations, etc., handles all incoming and outgoing mail, acts as CFO in paying all bills and making bank deposits, evaluates all submitted applications for adoption and membership, organizes Board and membership meetings, prepares annual tax return, writes thank-you letters for all cash and item donors, prepares and distributes quarterly Golden Paw newsletters.

Director of Activities – Denise Padavano

Responsibilities: Arranges various fund-raising activities and meet-and-greet opportunities, schedules events and coordinates volunteers, coordinates for movement of tables, tents, merchandise, etc., coordinates merchandise sales with appropriate inventory of goods for sales, updates website Events calendar, solicits items/gift cards for raffles and silent auction baskets, writes thank you letters for cash and item donors.

Director of Operations – Debbie Ball

Responsibilities:  Oversees database functionality and training, documents policies & procedures, oversees various teams such as Intake, Home Evaluations, Placement, Membership, Information Management, Social Media, Website development; tracks dog expenses with reconcilement to financials.

Director of Health Care – Liz Tataseo

Responsibilities:  Directs and approves all veterinary procedures, approves all veterinary billings, oversees the health care team, finalizes dog adoptions, maintains paper documents files for adoption contracts, surrender forms, medical charts, diagnostic information, etc .

Human Resources Director – Connie McCabe

Responsibilities: Reviews membership applications for volunteers interests, identifies and encourages volunteers for various teams, oversees the Transport team, leads the Photography team and graphic design.
